Privacy policy
Last updated September 9, 2026. What we collect when you request service, how it is used, and how to ask us to delete it.
This policy explains what Lebanon Plumbers collects, why, and what happens to it. Lebanon Plumbers is a plumbing business operating at lebanonplumbers.com, serving Lebanon County, Pennsylvania.
What we collect
When you submit the service request form, we collect only what we need to call you back:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your ZIP code
- The type of work you selected
- Any description of the problem you choose to write
We do not ask for your date of birth, your Social Security number, or any payment details through this website. Never give those to anybody through a web form. If you call instead of using the form, we take the same details verbally, and we will ask for your address at the point of booking a visit so we know where to go.
Our hosting provider processes standard technical information in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse, which can include your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested.
How we use it
To contact you about your request, to arrange and carry out the work, and to keep ordinary business records such as quotes and invoices.
We do not sell your details, and we do not pass them to third parties for their own marketing. Where we use a supplier to run part of the business, for example a system that receives form submissions or handles scheduling, they process that information on our behalf and for no other purpose.
Tracking and cookies
Analytics and advertising cookies are switched off until you accept them in the cookie banner. If you choose "Essential only", or simply never choose at all, nothing beyond strictly necessary storage runs.
The cookie policy sets out each category and what it is for. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer of any page.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept only as long as we need them to follow up, then deleted. Records relating to work we actually carried out are kept longer, because invoices, quotes and job records have to be retained for tax and warranty purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@lebanonplumbers.com or call (717) 000-0000 and we will deal with it.
If you would rather we did not contact you again, tell us and we will stop. That is separate from records we are required to keep for work already completed.
Children
This site is intended for adult homeowners, landlords, tenants and business operators. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we use or share your information will be described here rather than made quietly.
